Day 1:
Today we meet at the trailhead and embark on our first snowshoe hike. We will travel through snow covered pines and aspens, marveling at natures’ beauty.
Afterwards, settle into your cozy winter accommodations. Take some time to unpack and relax. After a hearty dinner, we gather for a short welcome circle to open our time together. Jacoby will lead us in framing the ethos of this retreat.
Meals: DDay 2:
We begin with hot tea and coffee at our log cabin. Today we focus on our meditation and yoga practice. Jacoby will lead us in both subjects, guiding us to drop into the present moment. We honor self care and act on its behalf—journaling by the fire, chatting with a new friend, reading.
As the day draws to a close we share dinner as a community.
