Phone Consultation

Next, we will setup a 30 minute call to dive deeper into planning your custom trip. Our consultants call you at a time which suits your schedule. They will get to know you better, listen to the details of what you want, where you want to go, and gather your “vision” for the adventure.

Trip Design & Delivery

We scour the web, research campsites, local regulations, weather conditions, read recent reviews of your hiking trails, and find out about all the newest restaurants in town. We plug fun activities into your trip plan that we think will appeal to you too. Finally, check your inbox—your adventure plan will be delivered in PDF form.

Fine Print

  • All custom trip planning packages require a $150 non-refundable deposit

    Final payment is due 60 days before your trip start date

    In the event of client cancellation, Outdoor Mavens will retain deposit

    Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Cancel 61-90 days prior to trip: Full refund, less deposit
    Cancel 31-60 days prior to trip: 100% trip planning cost is non-refundable
